I own a home I purchased before I was married, does my spouse have to sign the listing paperwork?

Q: I own a home I purchased before I was married, the home is a non-homestead property, does my spouse have to sign the listing paperwork?

A: No. Since the title to the property is vested in your name only and the property is NON-HOMESTEAD property you are the only one that needs to sign the listing paperwork.
