The Eastwood golf course and golf community is located on the east side of Orlando. As of today there are 29 homes for sale in the Eastwood subdivision. Asking prices for these homes are between $169,000 - 550,000. In 2007, 43 homes sold in Eastwood as compared to 28 thus far in 2008.
