Central Florida home sales for 2007

Using data supplied by the Mid-Florida MLS I have compiled the residential sold results for cities in Central Florida.

It comes as no surprise that Orlando leads the way in Central Florida with 7,286 reported residential sales. Perhaps more surprising to some would be Deltona placing 3rd with 1,021 sales. Deltona is considered to be a perfect place to live for those who work in the Orlando area. Deltona home prices are often more competitive than those in the Orlando area.
