- 708 are described as either having new carpet or carpet cleaned
- 649 are clean ( 5 are so clean that the term Mr. Clean lives here is used)
Sellers need to be aware that they may only have 1 chance to impress a buyer viewing their home. Fresh paint and a clean and neat house will help you in the long run to sell your home.
