H.R. 3221 the Foreclosure Prevention Act of 2008 which is a bill to provide needed housing reform and for other purposes passed in the Senate today by a vote of 72-12.Senator Martinez (R-FL) and Senator Nelson (D-FL) voted yes on the bill.
