Search for homes
Current market conditions would seem to make it increasingly tougher for homes being sold by their owner. Agents are commenting that they see fewer homes for sale by owner over the past year.
This would make sense given the uphill battle a private home owner would face trying to compete for the limited number of buyers and given the issues faced with pricing their home to be competitive with bank owned or short sale transaction.
