With 4641 homes showing as active in the MLS as of today, this would indicate that Kissimmee as over 41 months of inventory at the February rate of sales. 41 months or 3 years and 5 months worth of homes!
The good news is there was a 40% jump in sales from January to February in Kissimmee.
