Possibly. This past week continued to produced increased activity in my Orlando Central Florida office. My associates have exceeded the numbers posted by the competition over the last several weeks in units and volume of property listed and sold.
This "stir" hopefully will continue to the benefit of buyer. sellers and agents. We can credit our positive results to our diligence in reducing the list value of homes that have stayed on the market, increased prospecting and marketing efforts that include old stand by and fresh innovative ideas and keeping a strong positive attitude. Agents are reducing their home's list price in some cases, weekly. Sellers and buyers are benefiting from several of my agents increasing their web exposure. Increased advertising by the agents, direct mail marketing and working their center of influence haas produced results.
With the associates strong positive effort, the momentum should continue.
