Florida's Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has launched a campaign directed for under the drinking age spring breakers. The contest is asking those who choose not to drink during spring break in Florida, "Why not?"
Those who wish to participate in the contest are asked to produce an original, creative 30 second video explaining why they choose not to drink.
All submissions are due by Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009. Winners will receive Best Buy gift cards.
