Do you have a desire to own a home? You are not alone. According to a report prepared by the National Association of Realtors for the Florida Association, 60% of first time buyers who recently bought a home indicated that it was because they had a desire to do so.

The country is about to passing a bill that provides for a $8,000 tax credit for first time buyers. Interest rates continue to remain low. Homes are being sold at prices not seen in years and REO homes being sold are offering incredible deals.
