This week one of my agents approached me with a problem a home seller contacted them about. It seems the seller has had their property listed for several months with a smaller broker and now cannot contact the broker. Cell phone and business phone no longer in service, emails not be responded to.
The list keeps growing of brokers and agents who disappear or pack it in, giving up on their real estate career.
