A Florida real estate sellers disclosure form should include information on the following:
- What the house is constructed of. Brick? Block? Frame?
- Association disclosures.
- Legal actions against the property.
- Information on boundaries, encroachments and easements.
- Are there any environmental or land issues?
- Structure issues? Wood rot? Termites? Foundation issues?
- How is the roof?
- Any issues with the plumbing?
- Condition or updates to the electrical and heating/air systems.
- Water penetration problems or sink holes?
A seller should disclose to potential buyers all material facts that affect the property. We offer our sellers a form that allows them to list the conditions of the home for a buyers review.
Make sure you contact me prior to selling or buying a home.
