Florida real estate sellers disclosure form

Search for homes

A Florida real estate sellers disclosure form should include information on the following:
  • What the house is constructed of. Brick? Block? Frame?
  • Association disclosures.
  • Legal actions against the property.
  • Information on boundaries, encroachments and easements.
  • Are there any environmental or land issues?
  • Structure issues? Wood rot? Termites? Foundation issues?
  • How is the roof?
  • Any issues with the plumbing?
  • Condition or updates to the electrical and heating/air systems.
  • Water penetration problems or sink holes?

A seller should disclose to potential buyers all material facts that affect the property. We offer our sellers a form that allows them to list the conditions of the home for a buyers review.
