Hey Greg - thanks for the update. It seems that a lot of Realtors and Mortgage Brokers focus only on catering to higher priced home buyers.
I love a nice fat juicy loan, but we do a lot of business with good, honest, blue-collar type folks.
In many cases, these buyers are looking to move from renting to owning for the first time. Other times, we deal with buyers who have recently come out of a rough economic patch (like now!) and are starting to put things together.
Your list here provides a nice starting point for me to point buyers here who may rent here in Polk County but actually work at some of the hotels and theme parks in your area.
