Alice Baker and Jerry Smith, owners of Success Coach Systems, facilitated the sessions and are personally working with the participants as they continue the year long program. "We're thrilled to be working with such a professional organization and committed group of leaders" said Alice Baker after meeting the people at their training center in Jacksonville, Florida.

Purple Cows
We discussed Seth Godin's concept of the purple cow and being remarkable. It turned out to be a fun little topic at this week's sales meeting.
With the market adjusting itself so severely. The Maitland agents are as a whole, understanding that to stay in business and sell during this period, you need to be better than the rest, or as in this case, remarkable.
I am hearing of remarkable efforts in prospecting. Remarkable efforts with their marketing. I hear daily of remarkable efforts to keep deals together all the way up to the closing table.
This is a remarkable group of agents.

Florida real estate school starting soon!
We are pleased to offer a real estate pre-licensing class in the Watson Realty Maitland/Orlando office.
The class will meet every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6PM to 10PM. The first day of class will be July 9 and the class exam will be on August 13.
