2011 classes are available at the cost of $99.00 for the class + $70.00 for the new text book, material, supplies and class exam. (Schedule subject to change)

Kissimmee real estate school starting in August

Our current class is near capacity. Due to the increased interest by those wishing to obtain their Florida real estate license, we have began registration for a 2nd class to be held in Kissimmee this summer.

This upcoming class will begin on Wednesday August 13 to Monday October 6, 2008. Classes will be on Monday and Wednesday from 6 PM - 10 PM.

The cost of the class will be at a special price of $99.00 + $50.00 for the new text book.

Becoming a broker is not a walk in the park for some

March statistics show that sales persons taking the state broker exam only have a 44% pass success rate when taking the test for the first time.

Of course those who are unable to pass the broker exam the first time are given the opportunity to take the exam again. The funny thing is, for those who are repeat takers of the exam, the passing success rate falls to only 37%.

Maybe the lack of closings the past 2 years has resulted in sales people becoming unfamiliar with HUD statements. Being able to complete a HUD statement use to be part of the broker state exam. No practice makes for imperfect.

Florida real estate post licensing class

Do you need to take you 45-hour Florida post licensing before March 31?

Watson Realty has a 45-hour class starting in the Clermont Watson office on Monday, March 10th at 9 A.M.

The cost of the real estate class is $125., which includes the textbook.

Orlando real estate school filled up quickly

Watson Realty's recent Orlando pre-licensing real estate school filled up quickly at the Longwood location. Approximately 40 students took advantage of Watson Realty's special pre-licensing course pricing and are now attending the Longwood class.

The pricing special was also available for those students who chose to attend the Championsgate, Kissimmee, Deland and Pt. Orange real estate schools. Instructors for those classes indicate a higher than expected turnout.

Watson Realty was able to offer the low $99. cost plus book as an incentive for those who had been considering obtaining a license but were reluctant given the reported real estate market conditions.

Florida real estate school starting soon!

We are pleased to offer a real estate pre-licensing class in the Watson Realty Maitland/Orlando office.

The class will meet every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6PM to 10PM. The first day of class will be July 9 and the class exam will be on August 13.

As a special incentive, the cost for the class is $99.00 plus $40.00 for the class book. This is a major savings limited to our summer school class schedule.
