Watson Realty to hold general sales meeting in September

Watson Realty Corp of Central Florida will be hosting a general sales meeting for it's associates on September 11th at the Bahia Shrine in Maitland Florida.

The associates from 15 Watson Realty Central Florida offices will be attending to receive recognition for their accomplishments for the first half of 2007. The destination of Fall incentive contest will also be announced at this meeting.

Watson Title Services has arranged for a presentation on short sales to be given at this 2 hour luncheon.

Watson Realty participates in multi-million dollar sale

Watson Realty's Orlando/Maitland office recently closed a $3,750,000.00 home sale. The buyer side of this transaction was handled by Sara Jo Rusch of the Orlando/Maitland office. The home is located in Longwood, Florida. Watson Title handled the closing.

Watson Realty business increased in June

The Orlando/Maitland Watson office's open business report for June, 2007 shows a 26% increase in open business as compared to June, 2006.

This success is due to the experience level and professionalism of the Orlando/Maitland office. Our associates understood the changing Florida real estate market required stepping up their business and getting back to the basics of selling.
