Reports released by ORRA indicate that the median sales price in and around the Orlando area during October was $178,000. Right now there are nearly 15,000 homes listed for sale listed at or below the reported median home price.

Falling Orlando home prices good news for buyers
The Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA) released a market report for August showing the median sales price in Orlando has dropped to $200,000. This is down from the $208,000 reported in July.
Buyers with the median income for Orlando ($51,991) now have nearly 10,000 homes on the market that their income qualifies them for.
