Foreign or international real estate buyers purchasing a home in Florida purchase an existing home more often than a new home. A survey conducted by the National Association of REALTORS® and prepared for the Florida Association of REALTORS® indicated that 78% of the homes purchased in Florida by international homebuyers were previously owned/resales.
This is important to a home owner thinking of selling their Florida home.
