City & County residents of Kissimme can attend a Hurricane Preparation Expo to be held at the Kissimmee Civic Center, 210 E. Dakin Avenue on Saturday July 12 between 10 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Groups that will be participating include:

• Osceola County Emergency Management
• Extension Services
• Council on Aging
• Animal Control
• Lowe’s
• City of Kissimmee
• Florida Division of Emergency Management
• Kissimmee Utility Authority
• Toho Water Authority
• South Florida Water Management

With the first storm of the season forming this week, it is important for everyone to be prepared for a hurricane.
