The government expects to assist thousands of homeowners avoid foreclosure by proving them the ability to refinance their sub prime loans HUD’s new mortgage product.
The latest news release from HUD explains how the FHASecure program will help homeowners who have made their payments on time prior to the increase of their interest rate, to refinance into an FHA program.
